A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

The Santini Cottage renovated in 2023, 3-bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6. Living Room/Dining Room offers plenty of natural light for working. Fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a Roku TV & ceiling fan. The Downtown Waterfront is 9 blocks (~10min walk) and Parris Island is a quick 12 minute drive. The home boasts an expansive screened in porch, high ceilings and thoughtful touches throughout the home will put your mind at ease as soon as you arrive. We also include a Hunting Island pass with your reservation.
