Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

10 minute direct(no stop) bus ride to NYC Manhattan / Port Authority / Times Square. Bus stop is across the street. You’ll love my place because of the location, it is a very safe neighborhood, and the house is newly renovated with brand new furniture, and kept clean by us.
