Or literally just sitting on the porch taking it all in. 4 bedrooms have incredible views and are surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..eat!

Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

The Rocky Road Camp on East Pond

Welcome to camp life on East Pond. A 1 bedroom home located in Oakland Maine. Your quiet weekend getaway awaits you. Located in central Maine. You will be about a 60 mile drive to the coast or about a 70 foot walk to the lake. Oakland is just a 20 minute drive to Waterville where both Colby and Thomas Colleges are located. East Pond is the host of several area summer camps. The camp will give you beautiful views of the lake. Sit on the deck and enjoy the loons and other lake activity.

Sweet Fern Cabin on Merrymeeting Bay

Nestled in the woods on 2.5 waterfront acres where the Muddy River meets Merrymeeting Bay. The cabin is 350 square feet of simple living with a panoramic view. There is a three season hot water outdoor shower and wood burning stove with plenty of wood included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and has off grid cold water sink. Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
