Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

Wake up to paradise with lake views from both bedrooms and 3 private decks! This spacious, 1,700 square foot remodeled townhome is located on Lake Rayburn, and it comes with 2 kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe. It is only 1/4 mile off highway 71 with easy access to the Back 40, Little Sugar Bike Trail, Bentonville bike trails, and golf courses. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The master bedroom even has an adjustable king bed to help you recover from all your activities!

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub that comfortably seats 4, or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Our property is one of a kind! Every photo that you see is in our backyard. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or some killer shredding, this is the place! We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

We welcome guests from all backgrounds to relax and unwind at our peaceful getaway.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Summit House: Back40 Trail-side Retreat

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
