The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Our cozy Mediterranean home made of stone is situated in the geographical centre of Dubrovnik, at close proximity to everything. It is a short stroll to the Old Town (10-15 min by foot), nearest beach Bellevue is at 400m (7-10min by foot), port, bus stations, shops (Supermarket Konzum at 100m, Pemo at 200m, Tomy at 300m), INA gas station at 50m, green market at 1 km, restaurants or an easy drive to the beaches and other scenic attractions. We offer free, secure, locked parking on premises.
