Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

Comfortable family friendly LARGE separate SUITE located downstairs within a 3 story home. You will have the entire lower level with a private entrance. Bright with many windows. 15 min from the airport, Downtown Bellevue or Seattle. EZ access to Hwy 405. We are looking for guests who will be considerate and want to relax and enjoy their home away from home. Relax with 3 TV's room. Laundry can be arranged for long stays of 7 days or more. Not recommended for someone with limited mobility.

This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
