Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Welcome to our family holiday home, set amongst mature trees in a large tranquil garden. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, cafés, pubs, shops and the playground. The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.
