Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

On the Greenway, One Block to Bentonville square

Enjoy this private three-room suite in a Victorian house built in 1906. The Razorback Greenway is right out the front door, and the Bentonville square is one block away with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. Slaughter Pen dirt trails start two blocks north of the house. Crystal Bridges is less than a mile north via the paved Art Trail. It's a super fun place to live.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! We are 1 mile from Crystal bridges and 2 blocks from the new Walmart Home office.
