This 18th Century Dutch merchant's house is stylishly presented and with many of the original architectural features restored, Asian antiques and the owners passion for turquoise. The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.

River Stone By Poseidon is located conveniently in Hikkaduwa, 701 m from Hikkaduwa Beach and 1.1 mi from Narigama beach. Built in 1926 it has been carefully restored in 2019 and boasts beautiful original features and antiques. The pool is 4 ½ feet deep throughout with jacuzzi jet seating at one end and stair entry.
