Both sides of duplex can be booked as long as not previously booked for your travel date

The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, trails, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. Very large event center wirh ping pong, fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball basketball, and badminton, cornhole, soccer. We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
