Ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung, Erholung, die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus steht mitten in Bergün, visavi vom alten Turm und nähe Volg in mitten vom historischen Dorfzentrum.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen.
