Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. There is wifi, a television, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and cookware and utensils. The bathroom shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy. There is a queen sized bed and extra linens for the queen sized pull-out sofa bed.
