This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.
