The house is located in Zschernitz, a quiet village hosted by a small family business in a caring and warm atmosphere. The house is perfect for relaxing stays. The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

Großzügig ausgelegtes Apartment im Stadtzentrum und doch im Grünen, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Parkanlage sowie der Fasanerie. Das Anwesen aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit großer Geschichte war mitunter die Wohn- und Wirkungsstätte des Bildhauers und Malers Professor Dr. Karl Begas d. J. sowie des Malers Hans Dieter Schwarz. Zur Fußgängerzone sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Es bietet Schlafmöglichkeit in einem Doppelbett sowie auf einer Leder-Sitzlandschaft.
