It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Lots of natural light for reading, writing, & relaxing. Excellent restaurants within a 5 mile radius & many more slightly farther away! River access in downtown Wellsburg is just as close with plenty of nature trails and outdoor spaces in every direction! Star Lake Pavilion, Brooke Hills Park, and Oglebay within 1/2 hour.

The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

The Cedar House

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. You’ll feel right at home!

The Lily Pad Cabin

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage.
