Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

We are just a short walk from some of the trendiest areas of Washington's burgeoning night life, with the bars, restaurants and clubs of Shaw and Ledroit Park just round the corner. We are a short ride from the Capitol, the Mall and the White House, in a leafy area that is central but discreetly set away from the hubbub of downtown. We also have off street parking for our guests!

This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!
