With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. A central location, as well as a stunning south facing garden with panoramic views of Snowdonia's famous mountain range including Snowdon. The garden is contained and private, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and soaking up the all day sunshine. The cottage is within 1 min walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, a play park, bus route to climbing Snowdon and 2 mins walking distance to the lake.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Chambers at the Old Magistrates is a ground floor modern apartment set in a Victorian Building that used to be an Old Police station and Magistrates Court. Based in Betws-y-Coed which means "Sanctuary in the Woods" it is also the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. We welcome dogs and there is a small private side garden.
