Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Relax on the decks, or warm up by the fire pit.

Newly Renovated Crystal Lake Cottage

Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.

The huge private deck also has outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill, a propane fire table, and a lovely private year-round spa / hot tub right on the deck!
