Welcome to B&B on Mountain Lane, your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Banff. This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a queen bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

The suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the Bow River and walking trails just out the door. We have a growing family and you may hear us moving around the house. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.
