We're not in the city center...So if you have only max.2 nights for visiting Budapest for the first time you might like to consider to choose another apt in the city center instead.;) For longer stay I think you've found the right place, a comfortable accommodation with central heating/air-condition for a reasonable price with a small balcony where you can have a rest in the fresh air and you will feel like home. Anyways, the downtown is only a 20 minutes tram ride away.
