This cozy apartment is set on the 2nd floor of a renovated old-town house and features a lovely terrace with side-sea views (split between 2) and has access to a common rooftop area that offers additional chairs and tables and stunning views towards the old city center on one side and across the sea all the way to the neighbouring islands on the other side. It has a bedroom, bathroom, small living room with kitchen, hairdryer, SAT TV and A/C. The main evening spot is just few minutes walk away.

The apartment ''Kornat'' is designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people, total living space is 50 m2 + large and private terrace space of 21 m2. Large terrace with garden table and chairs will brighten up the afternoon spent in the shade and fresh air. At your disposal is a parking place. As for additional benefits, you can use our awesome grill house that has a fireplace. You will find our outdoor pool of 35 m2 particularly pleasant. The pool is equipped with excellent deck chairs and parasols.

La Corte di Kate ****

This beautiful property is part of the estate of the Zagorac family and is located in the center of the royal town of Biograd na Moru near the local church on the peninsula in the pedestrian zone. La Corte di Kate is an impressive stone house dating back to the 18th century. The owners have carefully restored it respecting the traditional materials of this area and equipped it with all the modern comforts needed during the summer holidays.

Standard room near beach

Our standard room is located in a two minutes walking distance from a nice beach, right near the yacht harbour and a short walk to the old town. The standard room consist of a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a nice sun protected sitting area in the garden, between a fig tree, plants and other small trees you are free to use. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo travellers and small families.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace.
