Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Relax in our 2200 sq ft, 3 bd 2 b home on 1.5 wooded acres w 200 ft of private Kenai River frontage. The entire property is yours. Enjoy the river from the large deck w two 12 ft fishing platforms. Or, wake up, have coffee and watch the river flow by as you sit at the picture windows. The Sockeye run comes by the house July 18-Aug 7 quantity varies each year. Check info for Silvers (mid-late Aug) and trout before booking. You can also fish within 1.5 hrs in Seward and Homer w guided open water.

Moose Meadows

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. This area of Alaska has so much to do the whole family will enjoy.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

Salmon Cabin - Fisherman's Dream!

Salmon Cabin is one of three cabins at River Rock Lodge. We are close to town and it's many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Grill is provided. Sit out on the porch and watch the river flow by! We have 3 different docks you can fish from. Docks may be removed as early as September 15. We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
