It's the photohgrapher's dream location. Eyjafjallajökull and Seljalandsfoss can be seen from the apartment. 4x4 is necessary during winter as the path leading to the house can get very snowy.

We are here in the middle of south Iceland. The house is alone in the unspoiled nature, with horse and birds around. Very warm and extremely cosy place to relax and enjoy. Next small town Hvolsvölluris 20 min away. 20 minutes to drive to next waterfall, Seljalandsfoss, 40 min to Skógafoss. Around 1 hour to drive to Vík í Mýrdal, and 1 hour to the "Golden cirkle". 10 min to Landeyjahöfn - the harbour to Vestmanneyjar. You can see some famous volcanoes and hear the sounds from the ocean .

Little Black Cabin

We would like to welcome you to our cozy little cabin. It will give you the perfect opportunity to relax in a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons and the highlight of the stay will most likely be the outside geothermal shower with a mountain view. During the darkest months, can you imagine to take a shower under the Northern lights? Well that is possible! This cabin is not suitable for children and infants.

Ossabær 1 is a small cabin with room for 5 people in the middle of the Icelandic nature with views over the mountains around 10 minutes away from the nearest city and 10 minutes from seljandsfoss and the vestmannaeyjar ferry. Vallnatún Cottage is located on the South coast of Iceland, nearby many of the main attractions, like waterfalls, volcanoes, black sand beaches and glaciers. The place is nearby the main road but at the same time a remote place, with a great view of the coastline on one side and the mountains on the other side.
