Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 10 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Bloomberg Park Studio

Location, privacy and country feel close to town and U of O. The Bloomberg Park Studio has a private entrance , deck, queen bed, pull-out couch, high speed wi-fi, and lock box for easy check-in/check-out. This studio has great appeal. Step outside the door and head down the street to rustic Bloomberg Park for a quick walk or up the hill for a more invigorating hike through nature in newly acquired city parkland.
