This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
