Newly finished garage studio w/ private entrance. Studio has a full size bathroom, studio kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner stove. For your sleeping comfort I have a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Also, a Mitsubishi heat/AC unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. For an addition fee I offer a workout area complete with dry sauna that heats up to 180. I am a licensed massage therapist, when available I can offer massage by appointment in separate studio.

The apartment is located downstairs and has a private entrance and drive. Enjoy some gorgeous pastel landscapes, equine and canine art featured by our friend and local artist, Patricia Beven. Outdoor seating, gardens and breathtaking views are are within feet of the entrance.
