Trentham Cabin is a newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin nestled on a corner block amongst established trees opposite a local reserve park. One bedroom opens out to a private deck/ outdoor spa bath, with the other room opening out to an outdoor shower entertainig area. It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. Located 15mins walk from front and back beach.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Ideally located 100 m to Back Beach shops and cafes, 400 m to the National Park Surf Beaches and minutes drive to the Hot Springs, golf courses, the local winery and brewery. Set amongst the native garden tree tops this is a classic Mornington Peninsula property. The house features two expansive decked areas with oversized glass panelled doors connecting the upper deck seamlessly with the modern rustic open plan living space. Must climb stairs.

Canterbury Jetty Beach House

A delightfully renovated classic early 60's beach house with a large outdoor living area. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.

Better yet, relax in the in-built cedar hot tub where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. 5-minutes walk to the Ocean Beach National Park or a quick and easy trip down to the bay beach and shops. For dog lovers, the property is securely fenced with room for running around and play.

Avon Beachshack in Ocean Beach Rye

A secluded weekend escape without all the travel or a home away from home. This lovely beach shack is the perfect location for escaping on a Friday after work. Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. Grab a few drinks in an esky and enjoy the beautiful sunset or a peaceful morning walk along the water.

On the border with Sorrento, close the awesome Koonya Backbeach, Koonya General Store and also a walk to the bay beach. Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
