Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Wairarapa, Gladstone, Gobbler Country Cottage

Our tranquil, rural Gladstone cottage has gorgeous views of farmland and native bush from the sunny verandah. Enjoy the a wine from our nearby local vineyards and a BBQ outside in Summer and the warmth of a logfire inside during Winter. A 3 minute drive to the Gladstone Inn for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and 20 mins to either Masterton, Greytown or Martinborough. We also have a 6 hole golf course available (seasonally) onsite for our guests to enjoy, golf clubs for hire for a round or two.

This newly built self contained guest unit has uninterrupted beautiful views from the bedroom and private outside space. Located near Masterton hospital and golf club, you can be at Castlepoint, Riversdale, or Greytown and Martinborough for beaches, vineyards, tramping or boutique shopping within 20-45 minutes. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller there is a private outside BBQ and patio space, wifi and car parking on site. The unit is a 4km paved walk to The Queen Elizabeth Park and CBD

Provence French Cottage - a Wairarapa retreat.

Wonderful eco-sustainable French style cottage built of stone and native timber with picturesque views of the river valley and mountains. Near to Carterton, Greytown and Masterton. Drink pure artesian spring water while listening to abundant birds and sitting on your veranda. Go for a bush walk in the National Park across the river, go biking, play golf - or visit the vineyards and restaurants for a vibrant time. This is an adventure escape that is close to the vibrant Wairarapa 'good life'!

Not only are you beachfront but around the corner from the golf club and tennis courts. This wee gem is one of five holiday bachs, so respect of the other owners is premium, as is yours. You have your own very private, sun drenched sheltered deck with a bbq provided. A queen bed in one room, and a double and single in the other. The kitchen has all your essentials and even a dishwasher. There is a TV with a Chromecast, children's games, toys and videos are plentiful. Walk in and just relax.

Relax 10 minutes from town in a charming country cottage with all mod cons. Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. There is a creek running through the bottom paddock for kids to splash in or explore for eels while you enjoy the sun on the patio. It is a great spot for a romantic getaway or a family break in the country. There are lots of walks around, animals to see and the tranquility is unbeatable.

A world away from the world -Just 5 mins from Greytown. Situated on a small organic farm in a beautiful garden. Super comfy bed, stylish, mid century decor. Wake up to birdsong, star-gaze from the outside bath while listening to the call of the Ruru. Loll by the pool or borrow the bikes to go exploring. Free breakfast of good coffee, homemade muesli & fruit, artisan bread and spreads. Free-range eggs & bacon available for you to cook for $25 pp. Drive on parking, heat pump, wifi & tv.

Ti Tree Rural Escape

If you need to relax and have a restorative break away then Ti Tree is the place to come. This is an unknown part of the country that has ancient geology and astounding beauty. A walk to the river mouth weather permitting and depending on tides is where you will experience 7000 year old Totara Tree stumps . There are amazing rock formations at the mouth of the Kaiwhata river also. In evening you can relax under the night sky in the private spa pool which is right outside you door.

Enjoy a small 2-bedroom well-appointed cottage (with 2 queen-sized luxury beds) 600m from town centre. An easy-living space for up to 4 or an urban pad after a hard day's work or shift, this place has it all. The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery serving delicious pizza on Friday evenings. The Tree House is close to a small productive lavender farm, Lavender magic, who sell cut flowers in season, and Mount Holdsworth, where you will be able to access a wide variety of walking tracks.
