Built in 1881, in historic Church Hill, with modern amenities, the quiet, central Gawler location offers an unique, private, short accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley. The main house is 200m away. Yards for horses are opposite the unit. Dressage arena and 650m track are available. Close by trail riding, cycling/ walking paths, historical townships (Gawler, Two Wells). Barossa Valley is 25km away. Come enjoy peace and quiet, whilst being close to amenities.

The City is a short 25min bus ride once there you can jump on and off the free tram service exploring the many attractions in our beautiful city of Adelaide or catch a tram down to beautiful Glenelg Beach

The Library Loft- City to sea views, nature & pool

Stay in our spacious loft. NB: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private (We live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa no longer available.

Pepper Tree Farm is a peaceful retreat nestled on the border of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Families will love meeting the miniature goats, donkey, sheep, chooks and friendly resident dogs. Relax under the vines or by the fire, with complimentary doggy daycare available if your dog has joined you on your adventures!

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.
