There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Welcome to Vesper Lodge. Nestled in the rugged Texas land of Wimberley with the prettiest view. The lodge has been lovingly restored to be comfortably chic. Spacious enough for a large group but charming for a writer's solitude. The sunsets and night skies are what drew us here. They bring pink-cotton-candy clouds. Then the sun crowns the valley hills in mauve until the stars begin to make themselves visible. Slowly, a few at a time, until the entire sky is covered in brilliant stardust.

Cabin in the Woods is the only property on 7.5 acres of woods, wildlife and peaceful seclusion. It is 20 minutes to Wimberley square, and 20 minutes to Blanco square. You can watch deer and wild turkeys during the day and stargaze at night. This is a great place to get away from it all and just be with yourself and nature. It is great for kids and pets. Pets are allowed at $30 per pet. Additional amenity packages such as grocery delivery, breakfast tacos, and Happy Hour are also available.

Our house is a newly renovated 1940's craftsman located in the hill country of Texas. In historic Johnson City, Texas it is just one block from restaurants, shopping, wineries, & art galleries. This luxurious modern farmhouse is located in the hometown of President, Lyndon B Johnson. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.

The Deer Haven Ranch Cottage 4 Beds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
