This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). Orchard Cottage

A beautifully converted barn with a contemporary feel next to a 17th century cider house set in the middle of 12 acres of gardens and ancient orchards. Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

The Cow Shed

The Cow Shed is a bright and airy one bedroom holiday cottage/annex. It boasts a private entrance, hall, double bedroom, luxury shower room and comfortable loft living area with fitted kitchenette. The Cow Shed is set on a small farm with horses, chickens and goats alongside the river Frome. The cottage is great as a base to explore the area. We are a stones throw from the local attractions of Longleat, Bath, Wells, Stourhead, Alfred’s Tower, Cheddar and Glastonbury.

The Coach House, Frome

Located in the historic quarter of Keyford, The Coach House is ideal for exploring the fabulous town of Frome and the Somerset countryside beyond. This Victorian coach house still boasts the original inspection pit for the coaches. It is scheduled to be a stop on the historic Frome walks as part of the Frome Festival. Later, it was where barrels were made, hence the road name of The Cooperage. Now it is a happy, family home that we would like to share with you.
