My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. Charming tiny house in the heart of the vibrant South Austin scene. Nestled upon South Austin property in one of Austin's most unique neighborhoods. *Just re-opened!* We closed down while remodeling our main house due to construction materials and construction traffic in our driveway. Before reopening we have updated the tiny home with anew Dreamcloud Premier queen mattress, refreshed paint, and deep cleaned the ac unit.

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.

You’ll have a private entrance to the master bedroom and bath in this quiet, walkable neighborhood. We’re a stone's throw from a quick bus to Zilker Park or downtown. Wake up & enjoy coffee on the porch, or walk around the corner to one of Austin's favorite breakfast spots. After a day exploring, come back to relax and grab take-out down the street from a local restaurant or food trailer.
