Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, great WiFi and DISH Network on two TVs. A whole-house generator automatically kicks on in the event of a power outage. Right across the road from the beautiful Toccoa River, with a private deck overlooking the water. Pets welcome!

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
