Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Welcome to our piece of paradise in the country side on the outskirts of Fayetteville/Springdale. Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1947 and has the feel of the country while being only minutes from restaurants, shopping & White River access. You are welcome to use the full kitchen, dining room, the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and wood burning stove during your stay. No parties are allowed.
