Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space (no. 6) directly in front of the apartment is also included.

Experience SEEMOMENTE. Our apartments are located just a stone's throw from the lake. All apartments are flooded with light. In just 50 steps, you are right in front of Lake Constance on the Überlingen waterfront promenade. Walking along the lake, you will come to the lido and then continue towards the shore park. There are numerous restaurants on the lakeside promenade. The boat landing stage and the train and bus stations are within walking distance. Car park one street away.

Hinter unserer kleinen unscheinbaren Eingangstüre im historischen "Überlinger-Dorf" verbirgt sich ein verwinkeltes Schatzkästchen. Im ehemaligen Winzerhaus aus dem 16. Meine Ferienwohnung in Überlingen liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage am Bodensee. Sie können als Gast direkt vor der Ferienwohnung parken. Wollen Sie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen haben Sie 3 Gehminuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Gerne können Sie auch Ihre Räder unterstellen. Bis zum Bodensee/Innenstadt sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten. Frühstücken können Sie auch in sonniger Lage vor der Wohnung. privater Stellplatz für das Auto und 2 Fahrräder.

Beautiful flat in historic center of Überlingen

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Wunderschöne FeWo 1 in neuem Holzhaus 100m zum See

Morgens in Badesachen zum See laufen und eine kleine Runde schwimmen, danach Frühstück im Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse geniesen um anschließend den Tag im 2min entfernten Strandbad zu verbringen. Abends in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Überlingen schlendern und dann den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. So oder so ähnlich könnte er aussehen, ein Ferientag in unserer Ferienwohnung am Bodensee.
