Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

Our carriage house is just a 15-minute walk to the heart of Normaltown and 30 minute walk to downtown Athens. Enjoy the coffee shops, casual restaurants, & the best bars in town! It's a quick ride to downtown—2 mi. to the Arch and 2.5 to Sanford Stadium. Enjoy the quiet of a friendly neighborhood with the convenience of being close to UGA! Features a private bedroom with king-sized bed with new mattresses and a living room with a new queen-sized sofa bed. 2 parking spots on site!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Aspen Room is located in the Carriage House, behind the main farmhouse. Decorated in lovely white and gray; with subtle color splashes reminiscent of Aspen leaves. The private room also has a large kitchenette; microwave and refrigerator included. The Aspen also hosts a full bath and shower; providing for a relaxing days end. The king bed is sure to give you a great night's sleep with the thick foam topper…comfort!

TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee
