Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Vanuit de studio/ slaapkamer stapt u via de schuifdeur direct naar uw eigen terras met privézwembad (8x4m), mediterrane buitenkeuken, bar en pergola exclusief voor u als gast.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Spül- und Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klima, Streaming-TV (bitte Hinweis beachten) und High-Speed Internet runden das Bild ab. Die 2 Pools werden geteilt, sind aber sehr wenig besucht.

Beautiful (heated) swimming pool. 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of parking. For the holidaymaker looking for peace, but still close to everything!

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
