Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Welcome to our redwood forest retreat in Mill Valley! Our inviting home features floor-to-ceiling windows and 5 large skylights with stunning views of the Redwoods, including several right outside the front door. The gas fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, and peaceful setting make it the perfect escape. Located just steps from the historic Dipsea Trail, it's only a 10-minute walk to the charming downtown Mill Valley and central to destinations like Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, SF and Napa/Sonoma.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, feels like a private home. Recently remodeled with a large yard for your private use. Grassy area for playing soccer, large driveway with basketball hoop, gas grill, outdoor seating and dining areas, and an inviting hot tub. Inside we have a full kitchen with everything for your culinary needs. Old style, wood burning stove, large TV, cozy couch and dining table.

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
