Bright and newly renovated Studio apartment located in the most touristic area of Torrevieja right on the promenade with views of Playa del Cura beach. It is suitable for 2 guests and it is fully equipped (appliances, washing machine / dryer, bed linen, towels, kitchenware) with WIFI and air conditioning. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
