This beautiful condo is approximately 1 mile to the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and much more. You can rent bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks right across the street! Also within walking distance, you can find sunset boat tours, a traveling tiki bar (on the water!), fishing charters, jet ski tours/rentals, parasailing, boat and catamaran rentals. With a saltwater infused pool, tiki hut, and rooftop terrace on property, this is the perfect getaway!

Cozy studio 1.3 miles to Barefoot Beach

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.

Oceanview condo with the Gulf of Mexico view and silky white beaches is available for your pleasure. Owner, not a rental agency managed condo. Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some.
