Prívate, unique seaside cottage with spectacular direct ocean views, private beach access on the property (right in front of the home) and secure parking in beautiful Rincón, Puerto Rico! Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, whale watching and star gazing. This charming and simple home features stunning views, and invites you to live like a local in an immersive and authentic barrio experience. You’ll spot iguanas, abundant marine life, and many different types of tropical birds and plants.

Charming, rustic, private apartment attached to our home located in Playuela, Aguadilla, PR. It has its own entrance, is composed of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a custom built bathtub with a stunning sea view, and a common space with a day bed convertible to two twin beds. It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. Equipped for 3-4 guests.

This is an amazing beach front house with a beautiful view to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of sea shells. Walking distance from Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, bars & grills, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.
