This private guest suite in North Boulder has tons of natural light and is located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, a separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a partial kitchen. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !
