1 Bedroom, full bath, extra large living room space. All private on the lower level behind closed doors. Entrance is through the main entrance of the house. This is the basement of our primary home. Pull out couch for 2 additional people, extra fee applies over 2 people. Please note: 4 adults is not ideal but it can work with the pull out couch. Coffee and small frig are provided in the space, no microwave. Walking distance to Parks, Farmette, Riverbend, Plant Bluegrass1mile, river & Downtown.

Located on 4 stunning acres, the cabin offers breathtaking views of the Indian Peaks. The cabin has 22-foot cathedral ceilings in the great room and comfortably sleeps 8. The cabin also has 220 feet of private lake access to Hidden Lake. A canoe, paddleboat, and kayak are available for use at the cabin's private dock, and the lake is stocked with trophy-sized fish.

Longmont is located near Boulder (20 min) Lyons, and Estes Park (45 min). Longmont has great views, but also is an artsy community. You will enjoy easy access from this central location. A block from a park, and nearby to the downtown eateries, coffee shops and breweries. A ten minute walk to Meco Coffee, Longs Peak Taphouse or to main street. Our home is family friendly with loads of board games, but also pet friendly for your pooch. Borrow a SUP or kayak for a Lake Mcintosh outing.
