A beach getaway on the cape that is close to a sandy beach, spacious, and easy to access! Barlows Landing beach is just over 1 block away. Walk down to enjoy a day at the beach or hop aboard the ferry in Woods Hole and spend a day visiting Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket! The side yard is open to the street but apart from the rear yard. Two long term rentals are in the rear area of the property 1.3 acres with a separate driveway. Quiet time starts at 10pm.

Enjoy fishing, biking and walking at this home situated on the Cape Cod Canal. Sit in your living room or kitchen island and watch the boats go by. There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale ,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.
