Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. This gorgeous home is surrounded by nature, and yet it’s only a 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants and other local amenities. We are ideally situated for your winter ski trip, as we are a quick 20 min drive to Cypress Mountain and 90 min drive to Whistler. You won’t find it difficult to unwind while looking into nature from the enormous windows, large patio or the upper balcony.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
