The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta. It’s nestled in a quiet, sparsely populated neighborhood of traditional family houses of similar style.

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The newly renovated house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar. The greatest treasure of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. You are 300 meters away from the largest beach, and a 10-minute walk along the coast from the city center. There are several shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the house.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

This little studio apartment is located on the second floor of a family stone house right next to the sea and is a 3-minute walk from the very center of Bol and the port. Seagull's nest is only 4 meters away from the sea, and 20 meters away from the beach, hence the gorgeus view. Nearby are the "Ribarska kućica" and "Martinica" beach, just 5-minute pleasant ealk along the sea.

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.
