Our One Bedroom Apartment at Unit 235 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, bicycle rentals, pool access and Hill Lake access! This unit has one bathroom in the main living space, two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space. We offer cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, tucked away in Crosby, near Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. This unit is a duplex, that was carefully remodeled from a caretaker unit for the other occupied unit, built on the historic mining honeymoon cottage, on honeymoon row. It has one twin-sized sofa sleeper upstairs with a twin bed downstairs and a complete bedroom furniture set. The two units are separated from a wall and sound reducing interior panel.
