A lot of work has been poured into this home to make it a tranquil, roomy and family friendly retreat. Centrally located, within minutes you can walk to churches, shops and restaurants. All three bedrooms (located on the second floor) come with desks for dedicated workspace. AC in each bedroom and living room. Multiple parking spaces for cars and/or your boat. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee and pods, laundry. Large groups - ask about renting the 3rd floor (2 beds, 1 bath) w/ added charge.

This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise! Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

HistoricTrain Depot-Cozy & Centrally Located

The Depot is central to Potsdam, Canton, and Massena areas for travelers (St. Lawrence River, Adirondacks), college visitors (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton), and professionals. Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

Moody’s Lookout

Moody’s lookout is the most spacious of the 5 suites tucked inside Main Street Suites in downtown Brasher Falls. Don’t let the name fool you(inspired by the previous building owner). Guests will be everything but “moody” after staying in their large 2 bedroom efficiency Suite with private second story balcony that overlooks the St Regis River. Located directly on the St Lawrence county ATV trail system, and only steps away from Riverview bar and Restaurant, and Jelly beans campground.

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and snowmobiling. Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and bath with laundry. The are (4) Queen bunk beds and includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St. Lawrence River and Canada.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Cozy, private lower level of a warm, inviting space filled with all the comforts of home with gorgeous views of the river. You can use the sauna, kayaks, private back porch and fire pit. Because it's the lower level and built into a hillside, the summer indoor temp is calming and cooling ~ coffee, tea, small refrigerator , microwave, blender, toaster oven, grill , plus everything necessary for preparing light meals and snacks.
