Haus Katharina ist ein uriges Blockhaus in exponierter, einmaliger Lage direkt auf der Skiwiese im/am Naturschutzgebiet. Das Grundstück ist 1100 m² groß. Die Lage ist perfekt - abgesehen von der Ski- und Rodelwiese ist auch die Wurmbergseilbahn (250m) und der Ortskern mit Cafés und Restaurants (100m) gut erreichbar. The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Haus Regina ist ein selbständiges kleines Reihenhaus auf zwei Etagen mit eigenem Eingang. Unten sind das Bad, die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Oben sind die zwei Schlafzimmer: Das Große mit einem Doppelbett, das Kleine mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wie in Ferienhäusern üblich, sind Bettbezüge und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen, können aber für € 7,50 pro Person und Woche gestellt werden. EineTesla-Ladestation gibt es in 5 Km Entfernung an der Autobahn.
