Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. You can see the surf at Saunton and all the best North Devon beaches are handy. Fenced dog friendly garden with a sunny dining terrace, lawn and a mud room with a shower, for dogs, bikes or wet suits. Our lovely village of West Down is less than a mile away, with The Crown pub, community shop and park. Check in or out times can be flexible, please ask.

With a nod to the ease, optimism and aesthetic of mid-century California, Casa Paloma is a 3 bedroom vacation bungalow in Braunton, North Devon. Beneath a mono-pitch roof that evokes Palm Springs style, a vaulted ceiling in the open-plan kitchen, diner and den creates an airy spot for living and lounging. The south-facing garden frames the view of sand dunes in the distance, while outdoor decking, seating and cooking facilities extend the oceanside vibe. Saunton Beach is a 5 minute drive away.

The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
